MUSCLE OPTIMEAL ADVANTAGE- Tri-Protein Blend - Each serving of Muscle Optimeal contains 24 grams of high biological value protein from Whey, Milk and Rice, providing more than 5 grams of Branched Chain Amino Acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine).
