1. Before warming, tear open package. Warm package for no more than 12 seconds.2. Remove wet and soiled garment.3. Remove washcloths from insulated wrap.Remove excess fecal matter using briefs, chux, underpad, Comfort Shield washcloth or other appropriate method per hospital protocol.4. Remove washcloths from insulated wrap. Cleanse soiled area using a fresh washcloth. A barrier will be left on the skin.
